In 2005, Deidre Pujols and her husband Albert, first baseman for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, started the Pujols Family Foundation (pujolsfamilyfoundation.org), which exists to honor God and strengthen families through works, deeds, and examples.
In 2008, Deidre sought a way to combine her interest in cooking with her passion to help those in need, and Pujols Kitchen was born. Deidre’s love for cooking began with her earliest memories of watching her great-grandmothers in the kitchen.
For Deidre, cooking is an expression of love and of serving others. From its inception, the mission of Pujols Kitchen has been to been to bless the less fortunate.
With the introduction of Pujols Kitchen cookware, what began as a hobby in 2008 has now blossomed into a fully-fledged enterprise. Profits from cookware sales are donated to families in poverty around the globe, providing them with cookware and non-perishable food.
