Bella's Breakfast Bites
This breakfast is filling and healthy!
Cut 3 slices of French bread and toast.
While bread is toasting, peel 2 boiled eggs and chop.
Slice 2 small tomatoes...garden fresh are best.
Slice some avocado.
Add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper if you like heat.
Mix all of this with some lime or lemon juice.
Butter the toasted French bread (we like Earth Balance) and add the egg and veggie mixture to the top of your toast.
Garnish with a few cilantro leaves.
10 minutes max from start to your mouth!
3 slices of French bread
2 boiled eggs
2 small tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
Lime or lemon juice
