Instructions

In a Medium Pujols Kitchen Caldero add the milk, sugar, and coconut, and heat

to boil.

 

Add the vinegar and stir frequently for 45 minutes.

 

When the liquid is almost all evaporated, add the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon, and stir.

 

Yields about 2 cups when ready to serve.

Ingredients

 

4 cups of whole milk

 

¾ cup of sugar

 

½ cup of shredded unsweetened

coconut

 

¼ cup of white distilled vinegar

 

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

 

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
