Sugar Alternatives

                As most of us know, nothing packs on the pounds around the middle like sugar. That’s why these sugar alternatives are a lifesaver if you’re trying to shed some extra weight.


For recipes that call for 1 cup of sugar, consider ¼ cup of honey, 1 tsp Stevia, 2/3 cup Agave Nectar, or ¾ Maple Syrup.


For recipes that call for 1 TBSP of sugar, consider ¾ TBSP honey, 1/8 tsp Stevia, ¾ TBSP Agave Nectar, or ¾ TBSP Maple Syrup.


For recipes that call for 1 tsp of sugar, consider ¾ tsp hone, a pinch of Stevia, ¾ tsp Agave Nectar, or ¾ tsp Maple Syrup.
