This salad will be the highlight at your next gathering and it is easy to transport.
Prepare all the ingredients, with the Napa cabbage/onion in one container, the Ramen noodle mixture in another container, and the dressing in its own container. Then put it all together at your gathering. Your friends and family will rave about it! Enjoy!
A large mixing bowl is recommended.
Mix the Napa cabbage and green onion, and set aside.
In a Pujols Kitchen Large Sauté Pan, melt the butter on low heat.
Add the Ramen noodles, sesame seeds, and almonds, and cook until nice and golden brown. Turn off the fire and let it cool for ten minutes.
Add to the cabbage mixture.
In a container with a lid, add the soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, and sugar, then shake well.
Top the cabbage mixture with the dressing and toss. Use as little or as much dressing as you prefer.
