Sausage Jalapeño Poppers

Mom's Night Out Recipe



Prep: 1 hour    Cook: 20 minutes    Ready In:  1 hour 20 minutes



Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).


Place the ground sausage in a Pujols Kitchen Large Sauté Pan or Pujols Kitchen Large Caldero.


Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.


Drain the sausage and place in a medium bowl. Mix with the cream cheese.


Cut the jalapeños in half, lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Stuff each jalapeño half with equal portions of the sausage and cream cheese mixture. Wrap with half slices of bacon. Secure the bacon with toothpicks.


Arrange the wrapped jalapeños in 2 Pujols Kitchen Glass Casserole Dishes. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until the bacon is evenly brown.




2 (12 ounce) packages of ground sausage


2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened


30 jalapeno Chile peppers


1¼ pounds of sliced bacon; cut in half
